Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd (MMTC Ltd) is an innovative Group Training Company that plays a vital role in servicing industry and community needs through its wide range of employment and training services and programs. It has seven fixed or outreached office locations with the administrative centre based in Swan Hill.
The core operation of the Company is the employment and monitoring of Apprentices/Trainees. Through its Group Training Operations, MMTC Ltd works with employers and job seekers to identify and fill suitable Apprenticeship/Traineeship opportunities. Under this system the Apprentices/Trainees are employed by MMTC Ltd and on-hired to suitable Host Employers who are able to provide high quality work experience and training.
MMTC LTD Administers
Host Employers are charged a flat rate per hour during their hosting period. MMTC Ltd field officers visit the workplace regularly in order to identify and resolve any issues affecting the success of the Apprentice/Trainee helping to ensure high rates of retention and the subsequent achievement of Nationally Recognised Qualifications.
In addition the Company has value-added to its service provision through the adoption of a broad range of labour and training market related activities.
